I. Meeting called to order.

II. Approve the minutes from the combined Nov./Dec. December 5, 2018 meeting.

III. Old business:

A. Consider the implementation of any future action items in our IDNR 5-Year Park Master Plan. Continue with the process for up-dating our IDNR 5-Year Park Master Plan with Kenneth Hughes-Noble County Planner. Review the discussions regarding the possible formation of a Noble County Recreational Council.

B. Review the activity on our NCPRB website, designed by member Scott Allen, and how it links to the Noble County Squarespace government website.

C. Review the results of the 2018 "Take A Stroll Saturdays" program and determine if we will pursue a a 2019 program.

D. Review the status of the Noble County Winter Recreation Photo Contest.

E. Review the Noble Trails program with member Scott Allen, and determine if there are any possible ways we can support them.
