NOBLE COUNTY PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD

APRIL 24, 2019 - 10:00 A.M. MEETING

NOBLE COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY-ALBION-SHULTZ ROOM

I. Meeting called to order.

II. Approve the minutes from the March 27, 2019 meeting.

III. Old business:

A. Consider the implementation of any future action items in our up-dated IDNR 5-Year Park Master Plan with Kenneth Hughes-Noble County Planner. Review the previous discussions regarding the possible formation of a Noble County Recreational Council.

B. Review the activity on our NCPRB website, designed by member Scott Allen, and how it links to the Noble County Squarespace government website.

C. Discuss the replacement of the 2019 "Take A Stroll Saturdays" program with the promotions of the various outdoor events and activities around Noble County.

D. Review the status of the April 1st thru June 30th "Do-ing Noble County" Spring Recreation Photo Contest.

E. Review the Noble Trails program with member Scott Allen, and determine if there are any possible ways we can support them.

F. Discuss some possible ways we can use the assistance of some marketing support from Lori Gagen, Marketing Director for the Noble County Economic Development Corporation.
