NOBLE COUNTY PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD

DECEMBER 3, 2019 - 10:00 A.M. MEETING NOBLE COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY-ALBION-ACTIVITY ROOM I. Meeting called to order. II. Approve the minutes from the October 23, 2019 meeting.

III. Old business:

A. Consider the implementation of any future action items in our updated IDNR 5-Year Park Master Plan compiled by Kenneth Hughes-Noble County Planner.

B. Continue the discussion about the possibility of establishing a Noble County Water Trails plan as discussed previously with Kyle Quandt, Program Manager for Northeast Indiana Water Trails.

C. Review the activity on our NCPRB website.

D. Review the promotions of the various outdoor events and activities around Noble County with assistance provided by Lori Gagen, Marketing Director for the Noble County Economic Development Corporation.

E. Review the Noble Trails program with member Scott Allen, and determine if there are any ways we can support them.

F. Replace Ray Scott's position on the Board.
