2024 Spring Summit happening April 24
The Noble County Parks & Recreation Board will hold the 2024 Spring Summit on Wednesday, April 24th at the new Elkhart Township Hall, 3288 W. Brown Street, Wawaka, IN 46794. The building is located at the Wawaka Community Ball Park. The Board's objective is to determine future needs for recreational opportunities in the unincorporated area of Noble County, through cooperation with existing parks and recreation entities.
Stakeholders are invited to attend the bi-annual event to reconnect and learn together. The Spring Summit theme is "collaboration and new initiatives." To RSVP, please register on Eventbrite!
The summit agenda includes light refreshments, introductions, networking, a Master Plan roundtable discussion, new initiatives break-out session, door prize giveaway, and an Elkhart Township presentation and facility tour.
Partners are asked to share detailed reports from their organization/outdoor assets before the meeting, by April 21, 2024. Send them to Noble Co. Parks Board Secretary Grace Caswell at grace@visitnoblecounty.com.
Submissions will be featured in a Spring Summit binder, given to all attendees at check-in. Attendees are encouraged to bring 50 copies of any brochures or flyers they wish to share with others in attendance.
